RESERVATIONS POLICY

Check-in after 3PM.
Check-out at 12PM.

Must be 18 or older to book a room.

Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.

Guarantee Policy:

Reservation must be guaranteed by a major credit card at the time of booking. Card will not be charged until time of check in.

Cancellation Policy:

Please let us know by 3PM EST 24 hours before the check-in date if you need to cancel – if we don’t hear from you, we’ll need to charge one night's room and tax to your credit card. If you paid in full in advance, we’re unable to refund your stay if you plans change. (Mostly we just really want to see you.)  Thanks for understanding.

Non Refundable Cancellation Policy:

This reservation requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable. We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.

Pet Policy:

We charge $25 per night for pets under 25 lbs. When we say "pet" we really mean "dog," but get in touch if you have something stranger or larger and we'll try to make it work. No charge for additional pets.

Your reservation includes complimentary wireless internet.
